WESTBOURNE GARDENS
Our client had bought this maisonette from the Local Council about eight years ago. They had subdivided this handsome 1890's house very
badly fifteen years before that and had ripped most of the charm out of it in the process. Luckily they had put rather more huge pieces of steel
in everywhere than they really needed, so we were able to open up the whole of the lower floor without anything falling down, and before we started
putting all the charm back. Westminster had no objections to our plans for tearing their property apart, indeed they even paid our client to fix
the roof for them. |
