CHEPSTOW VILLAS, W2



The former owner of this "House in multiple occupation" (ie: doss house) was unable to obtain planning consent to turn it back into a single family dwelling. We were able to find him an organisation who were happy with its planning status. This was the first of a number of projects we have completed for the St Mungo Association who help single homeless people. Our brief was to make something that did not look like an institution.
