SUNDERLAND TERRACE, W2



This was a two storey maisonette which our client, a graphic designer, bought off Westminster City Council. The work was phased over three years. Phase 1 included soundproofing the main floor (as our client enjoyed giving parties) putting in new services with decent radiators and reinstating the Victorian trim that the council had destroyed. Phase two included the cherry flooring, the slate fireplaces and the other fancy finishes she had been looking forward to.
